Welcome to Prompt AI Academy ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Arnold Phipps. By accessing or using our website at www.promptaiacademy.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
We offer both free and paid tiers. Free accounts have access to limited lessons. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team plans) unlock all content and features. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your billing period.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse-engineer or copy our curriculum, grading system, or proprietary content; use automated tools to scrape content; or submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the platform.
Our Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to grade submissions and provide feedback. AI-generated feedback is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Grading scores are subjective assessments by an AI system and may vary.
All course content, curriculum, grading rubrics, and platform design are owned by Prompt AI Academy. Your submissions remain your own. By submitting work for grading, you grant us a limited license to process your submission through our AI grading system.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at arnold.phipps@gmail.com for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at arnold.phipps@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
